We don't need to meet in person. In fact, many clients prefer to meet over Zoom. No matter where we decide to meet, our master designer will have what he needs to make the perfect piece of high jewelry for you.
The cleaning process for your jewelry depends entirely on the materials in your jewelry. Elichai can provide care instructions if you bring your jewelry in for cleaning, inspection, or appraisal. We will also provide care instructions for your custom jewelry during delivery. Please feel free to call or book an appointment for a cleaning. We never want you to feel left in the dark when maintaining your jewelry. Also know that when we design your jewelry, we take care to design the most durable style of jewelry for your lifestyle. We want our designs to stand up to your lifestyle with regular maintenance.
High jewelry is a term used by the highest-quality jewelers and design houses to signify an unrelenting focus on using the best materials and techniques available. High jewelry is never mass produced. The very nature of high jewelry is that there is a level of craftsmanship and care that cannot be mass produced. While you may encounter similar design ideas in "over the counter" jewelry, all high jewelry is made with significantly higher personal attention to detail and hands on craftsmanship.
Yes, we make every effort to ensure your gemstones will be ethically sourced. The soul of Elichai Fine Jewelry is, and always has been, based on respect for everyone we meet. That means respect for our customers and respect for the people who find the gems. We believe the goodness we are creating with needs to go all the way back to the source.
Yes, when the gemstone is of a certain value or rarity a Gemological Certificate is automatically provided by an industry recognized, reputable third party gem lab. We can also provide gemstone appraisals and additional certificates upon request. However, it is not
common practice to provide certificates on small or low value stones.
