Silver & Rose Gold Organic Ring

Montana's state motto is "Oro y Plata" or in other words "gold and silver".  We are nicknamed the "Treasure State" because we have a wealth of natural resources, including clean air, rushing rivers, vast prairies, minerals, and one of our personal favorite: sapphires.  Glacier melt over hundreds of years has brought us a treasure trove of sapphires in placer mines along rivers in central Montana.  This sapphire ring features a Montana sapphire that was found in one of those placer mine deposits.  It may not have the sparkle you are used to seeing because it is uncut and has not been heat treated.  The colors you see in this particular sapphire reflect the emerald pools and the mossy bends of our rivers.
